Just showing that you dont necessarily need a gym to get a good workout in. I’ll make a detailed workout plan and out it on youtube soon that helped me get to these exercises. Keep training and stay healthy!

    I got mad respect for the bartenders but you have to realize that they mostly just do the pullup bars and pushup varieties. I train many different arts, from calisthenics to weight training, martial arts to gymnastics, and track and field. but the bartenders did influence me to do more bar work
