They vary! I think they go from anywhere from $40,000.00 to $200,000.00. We just bought one and it’s almost $100,000.00. 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, den & laundry room. Ours is 28×80!

I bought mine 3 years ago and it is 28×74, 4 bedroom for 50,000. I’ve been looking with my cousin recently though and all this size, at least in our area, have been between 65 and 85. I found out though that the best way to buy is when they go on sale…mine was on sale. (and just so you know mine is just as good as the more expensive ones with real wood cabinets and a real stone fireplace, upgraded appliance package, ect. The only thing that might not be ‘as good’ are the bathtubs which are plastic but for the money I saved I can buy a stinking bathtub…lol)
As far as floor plans go you’d have to look but there are many many floor plans available that you can order if you don’t find one you like on the lot or website or whereever you look.
Good Luck! I hope you find a deal like mine. My cousin just bought a 28×80, 4 bedroom with a small upstairs for over 100 grand, her upstairs doesn’t even have a floor in it…I love her but I just don’t know what she was thinking…lol.
