How can I get wiring put into my home floor plan?

I have the floor plan but want to show the electrition where to put outlets, cat 5, telephone, cable TV and security wiring panals. in adition to ceiling fan with lights in every room. is there software I can lay over my existing floor plans to do this ? or must I hire someone?
A floor plan isn’t enough to built a house. It basically shows you the layout of the rooms and gives you a feeling of the flow and size of rooms. There are normally additional sheets to the building plan that shows the electrical components, location, and layout, plumbing layout, cabinetry, etc. There can easily be 8 or 10 sheets to a building plan for a house. You might check with whoever sold you the floor plan for the additional information.
