I have a samsund LED now. Never More. From this year I will goes for 3D TV, but for Panasonic. Saw it. Stunning quality!!! Do not need slimmest shits. I need a stunning picture quality!!! which is not measured by thickness!!!

The reason why there are much “screwed” customers, it’s because there are too many customars. samsung is world leader in display technology. so there are so much solded tv’s all over the world, so you can expect to hear of 1000 “screwed” custom. samsung solded 100 milion tv’s last year, and as you said 1000 of them are broken. sooo… that’s less than 0.00001%
i also have samsung lcd monitor over 1.5 years. and i got 3 years waranty on it. so far i didn’t noticed any problems

@maltyful : Okay maybe it happend to THOUSANDS as you say that got screwed.. What about the other THOUSANDS that didn’t get screwed? Not every electronic is going to be perfect it also depends on how much you use your TV often or twice a week, and if you give maintenance to your TV.Most of those Samsung Models I see that have problems are 3-4 years old anyways. Like I said only companies I would buy a TV from would be from Sony or Samsung.
