How do I get floor plans for a home I found for sale on the Internet?

I found a home in a neighboring state. It has almost exactly everything I would want for building my home. I am not interested in relocating. Is there a way to get the house plans? I have searched through many plans on the Internet and found nothing exactly like this home. This house is a perfect model of what I want, minus some of the space and extras.

UK planning permission for log holiday home?

If I bought a piece of rural land, would I need planning permission to have a log home built on it that would only be used a few months of the year for my family and I to have holiday breaks in?
You will need planning permission to build anything there BUT that would be based on the size of the building.
What the building is made out of and how often it is used is irrelevent as long as it is built to a safe standard.
